"For Japanese companies' globalization
SuperStream provides our clients with added values for their IFRS transition"
With the progress of business globalization, Japanese organizations are facing the challenge of their financial reporting system transition from the current Japanese regulations to IFRS. Financial Services Agency has announced that they will decide on a policy in 2012 regarding IFRS adoption and has already allowed some listed companies to incorporate IFRS voluntary. It is also said IFRS adoption could be mandated by 2017 or 2018.
Once IFRS-compliance is mandated, not only the listed companies but also their subsidiaries and partners will be forced to follow IFRS, involving from large scale companies to midsize and small businesses, thereby requiring them to strengthen and restructure their existing systems.
Over seventeen years since the first release in Japan, SuperSteam has been implemented into a total of 6,500 companies from large scale enterprises to smaller businesses for their financial accounting, human resource, and payroll solutions. In this modern globalization, accounting standards in Japan are gradually switching from Japan-specific standards to IFRS.
SuperStream will actively assist in IFRS readiness for both convergence and mandated adoption. We provides our clients with IFRS support in the properly tailored way when needed. For driving their businesses, SuperStream continuously delivers value-added solutions.
